Hey I'll take the powerhammer for $85 PLEEEEEEEEEZ:D. Throw in a couple of those hawks too while you are at it Stuart;).

Thanks Sam I appreciate the Offer, but I'm going to have to decline they all are priceless to me. Mainly because if a part breaks you just run the hardware, junk pile or the welder and your back in business.

I love homemade tools/equipment!! Imagination is the only limits!:thumbup:

Nice hawks!

I like the spare tire flywheel on the power hammer. I would have thought a GMC v8 flywheel would have been used for that.:D

I know Stuart I was kiddin:D. I would never part with any of my tools I have made either. I love those hawks, great work.

Outstanding example of American ingenuity Stuart!!!!!
If you ever decide to post a how to on that power hammer, i would love to get a copy as I'm sure my neighbor would also!!!
Thanks for posting the pix and sharing your creativity with us!!!

Love the tools ya made. Please share the power hammer plans unless they're bought and copyrighted. My neighbors won't like it but what the hell :D

Will ,This was the 1st tire hammer that was made. It was the idea of a friend of mine, Ray Clontz. The tire part was just sketched on a napkin at a blacksmith meeting. Another friend of mine Butch Silver and I build two from
Ray's idea with no measurements or anything. Since, Clay spencer has come up with plans and is selling them. They upgraded them quiet bit and are little more technical, but I have been using mine for about 7 years now with out any problems.
Tire hammer plans can purchased by contacting Clay Spencer
