great communication, prices, and excellent shipping - not to mention he will make the extra effort to ship to us canadians.

i purchased a new M21-04 from him, and it arrived fast and immaculately packaged. it had a hard to notice mechanical problem with it (not his fault, but the factory's) and i mentioned that i was going to have it replaced by CRKT. he immediately offered to send me a new knife and told me to send him back the faulty one when i received the replacement, and he would deal with the factory return and cover postage fees.
now thats service, and i will definitely trust him with my money again and recommend him to others. many people these days take your money, chuck the product in the mail at the cheapest rate possible and consider the transaction finished. in contrast, HONED is committed to ensure that both parties are 100% satisfied before considering the deal closed, and this is what you should look for in your sellers. highly recommmended :thumbup: :thumbup:

I certainly appreciate these kind words from Blackhearted. In order for a transaction to be truly successful, it must be WIN-WIN from the perspective of both parties. If a bump presents itself, then it must be made smooth regardless of the amount of effort or cost. The only way that this can happen and result in a smooth transaction is to have two parties (buyer and seller) that are simply following the "golden rule". Blackhearted is definately one of those people who make it easy to have a smooth and successful transaction. Blackhearted is a top notch guy, whom I highly recommend and with whom it will be a pleasure to do additional transactions. :thumbup:
