Mornin everyone!!!! :yawn: I managed to get a chick I went to school with to open the Verizon store she manages, so I could get a loaner phone from her until I can get a new one. I filed a claim with the insurance and they said they won't cover my phone because it was a software malfunction. I guess I've been paying for insurance for no reason. I thought if my phone broke they would give me a new one after I paid the deductible, but I guess not.

software does not "fail", that's BS... they cannot show that software is broken. if they can, i'll be impressed.

phone is broken. let's call it "motherboard failure" or something. they can barely tell these days when hardware fails

bottom line: it doesn't work. call up the line, push, get your replacement phone, inform that that you'll be changing providers as well, if they don't service you... then cancel insurance...
