...because they will inspect a knife before you buy it to make sure it's exactly what you want.

A lot of Spyderco Ladybugs suffer from poorly aligned parts (the blade edge sometimes rests on the inside of the handle). Maybe the bad ones were just older units, only when they get worn out, who knows. I wanted to make sure I got a good one (actually two of them), so I called and asked them to look at their knives to make sure they were good. They did, and the knives arrived as described.

This is the second time I ordered from them and, at my request, they checked on some specific detail about the knife by actually looking at the item they were going to ship to me. I forget what the first one was, but I remember they went to get a knife and look at it before answering. They also have good prices and shipping.

I agree. I see no other on-line retailer of production knives that has this wonderful combination of super aggressive priceing and TOP Notch service.

When in the market for any knife not a one-of-a-Kind Custom I always check Newgraham and need look no further.

This is a on-line retailer that truely "gets it".

To tell you truth I fear the demise of brick and morter shops, I am still in love with small town America. But Retailers like NewGraham and the growing number of fine business people that are transfering successfully to a Internet niche markets are slowly filling me with hope for future.

Well, it is "New Graham Pharmacy." They ARE small town america, just not your town. :)

Thanks for the good words guys....always appreciated. I hear constantly that brick and mortars can't compete on the internet. Well, that's fine with me  We'll keep that our litte secret. :D

This goody goody stuff about Newgraham is getting boring. I want to hear a good Fox News story about someone getting stuck in the eye by Michael because they didn't like the color of their knife handle. You know! REAL news. ;)
I think Bluefield will host the Blade Show in a few years. How 'bout it?

HAPPY 70TH GUYS
