horizontal grinder

I am thinking about building/buying a horizontal grinder....Anyone have pic's of their set up?? As an alternative I remember a thread about "the ultimate KMG attachment" but I can't seem to locate the tread anymore...Any ideas out there???

I built my own and for making folders, the best thing i ever did. I use it for doing the inside radius of the back springs.

Nice grinder Ken. I bought a Frink horizontal a couple of years ago and got the extension for it to use 2x72 belts and while I don't use it much, when I do it's a real time saver.

I have a JL like the one in Brians pic.. I couldnt get along without it now.. Its a great machine IMHO.

I actually wish it was a 3 wheel job instead of 4.
You can get into a more acute angle that way...

My ONLY gripe about the machine.

Here is my interpretation of the Horizontal Grinder

Here is the tensioning and tracking section.

The little tables can be moved up and down to utilize a fresh sections of the belt.
