anybody got a vise set up to hold the blade horizontally ,meaning parallel to the ground. if so how did you mount it?
luv to see a pic.

I salvaged a ball grip positioning arm from a dumpster at work. One side is mounted to a block of wood that gets clamped to the bench or in a wood working vise. The other side that clamps my work piece has a 6" Jorgensen handscrew clamp (commonly used in wood working, Uncle Fester on the Addams Family used one for his headaches instead of aspirin, see McMasterCarr pn 5104A16). This set up gives me a lot of versatility in how I position my work and what I can stick in the clamp.
