horn handled fixed blade??

A while back someone posted about a nice fixed blade that had horn scales and they made comments about a HVAC guy borrowing it for cutting fiber ductwork. I think it was Made by a guy named White??? It looked like a drop point hunter.
Was it Sunnyd's?
