I am actually not quite sure. I got it new, and after a few months of regular carry and use it developed vertical blade play. The lockup was at about 65% at the time. It started out pretty moderate, but then became quite severe. I sent it in, and it came back with a new lock bar. However, after another few months, the problem came back. This time, I spoke on the phone to a representative, and he instructed me to send it in and mention that it was recurring, and they would take a look at why it has happened twice now. Kind of odd, but I hope they can diagnose the problem and have it fixed for good! So far their CS has been very helpful and friendly so I have no doubt that the problem will be remedied. I hope I get it back soon, as it is one of my favorite carries for cold weather.
