Horsemat handle

I was just wondering what you guys thought about the use of neoprene horsemats for handle material. There is an article in the new issue of blade that talks about how it is the choice handle material for the ICCT. Looks like it would be just about ideal for outdoor use.

I have been intending to go get some mat to try. For an outdoors knife, looks like it would be awsome.
