I don't usually post here, im more of a lurker to see what horton is up tp next and what's currently n the bench I might be able to snipe. But I think I should add my .2c...
I love knives, i love guns, etc... I like stuff that you don't have to worry about and can take a beating and still beg for more! Horton knives do just that! I have a few busse's (scrapyards, and swamprqt too) and striders which are some HD blades as well. The difference is horton is the one and only man you will speak to. He is the one behind the grinder busting his ass making the knife. I have beaten the shit out of all of them, they all put up with whatever you can dish at them. The difference again is what others are saying, if you want the knife to have. Blood groove just tell him and it will, same goes for the grind or the scales ( as long as they are CF, lol) there's no drop down list like others...

The other great part is his customer service... It feels like your talking to one of your bros instead of a business, it's great. And he gets back to you within 5 mins... I have had an email into busse for 3 weeks...
I own a small business and would give my money to one over a larger company any day...
 
Thanks for the post, Nugent_crai! I thought Busse is kinda small business (well, compared to, say, Spyderco or Kershaw - frankly, I have no idea, since it's such a secret to whom all he delivers). But I understand Jeremy does it all by himself and I admire that. That being said, Jerry Busse must have had started small, too - or not?

Fugawee, Beisser sounds quite German to me, Arne is a German name, it's written in his info he's from Germany - I'm not buying the Polish. And no, pan newi po polski ;)
