You ever in the gym and there is THAT one fucker that sounds like a turbo blow off valve.....every time they make a huge lift.....like...I don't know.......curling 15lbs!!!

Like they are Fucking Mr. Miyagi teaching Danielson how to sand the deck and paint the fence........for fucks sake.....shut your cock holsters and lift.

I know you can lift 3x the weight when you scream like the hulk......BUT SHUT THE FUCK UP!

Just today, for the 200th time ! There is this guy that gets juiced up by bouncing like a boxer before round one and then just before he lifts he blows out ...say 3-5 times, with this huge whistle on each exhale, that startles anyone within 70 feet, most of the gym in other words. Visibly irritates everyone around him...me the most.
The really funny part is, after he does his shoulder...read SHOULDER... lateral raises, his calves have got to be burning...he is up and down on them like a donky on the trail...with each rep.

large, I thought about it off and on today, I hope your friend is ok. Also, I'm sorry I jumped in so fast, as I see now what you were asking, it's just that I read a story like that and feel a connection to this person through you, am a father myself and I want to do something...more, anything. I think alot of us feel the same way around here.

As far as pepperizing that blade, I would be honored.

Thanks man:thumbup:I just wanted to make it clear that I wasn't posting about this event in hopes of soliciting donations, but just wanted my friend's story to get out there. It seems likes lots of things slip through the cracks if we don't take a proactive approach to spreading information. So many times I see the "cop bashing" media run wild and forget that we are people too. We aren't just a badge and a gun that sits in a glass case labeled "break in case of emergency". I really appreciate all of your kind gestures, but I didn't want anyone getting the wrong impression about why I posted this story. There are plenty of real charity cases that can't do for themselves. We are too proud for that. It gives me a sense of pride to be able to give something like this to a friend. It's like mom always said, things just mean more to you if you work for them.
