So I have the PT test on the 19th......I haven't ran since my leg was blown into a Vagina 5 years ago..... Tonight I went to the track......good news, I made 2 miles no stops. The bad, it took 21 and a half minutes. 12 and a half for the first mile and 9 for the second.

More walk than jog....actually the first mile was ALL walk just to see how my leg felt. So here is to a painful next 13 days.

Thanks maines. It's just an AR-15, with a 5 round mag for huntin. One of these years I'm gonna get a Deer with it.
