I hate my bosses....spineless...2 face pieces of fecal contamination!!!
 
The company I work for has a 2 part contract. 1 group does one part, the 2nd fixes thing......same parent company, 2 different names.

We get 2 sick days a YEAR......

They get 2 per quarter.....their supervisor went to bat for them to get it and our POS won't.

Then the asshole tells us we all get the same, I guess they don't expect folks to talk. The other fella showed me his pay stub showing the sick days. I want to call him out, but don't want to get the other guy in hot water......
 
Most bosses are only concerned with the image their group portrays and how it reflects on them, when in reality managment should serve as a support structure for their group. Going to bat for them when needed. Some people will never learn, happy employees work better and feel better about what they do.
 
The yak off actually came in and said he was waiting for someone to step up to the sup position......i resisted the urge to level him....

I might be screwed.

I had to get a waiver from a doctor.......he had reservations and marked the wawiver as such against kicking and one other activity stating I should get an orthopedic dr to sign off on those.........

Very sorry to hear this.:(

I'm not much use in the "help finding jobs" business. Unless you happen to be an old soldier, an old "agent," or an old scientist.:( And there aren't many of any of those around any more ... :(
 
And ... to finish my marathon posting tonight ... [I think it was due to the giddy pleasure of driving a Horton Thread so far past 1k]:

I did good today.:) Many of your tax dollars will now be spent wisely.;)

I can sleep the sleep of the innocent and guiltless. For one night.:D
 
If all else fails, I will start plan "C" get back to my fighting weight, finish college, forfiet my retirement and go back in as an Officer in Signal........
