He Seems to believe I have yet to "step up"....after I have taken on the rolls of the previous 2 supervisors and without sounding like I am blowing sunshine up my own ass.....doing a better job considering I have no legit authority over the rest of the crew.


Seems to me that he is of the notion that why should he spend the money to pay for a Sup. when he can pay me 1/3 less to do his job. No direction, supervision, or dare I say formal training.....he/they seem reluctant to invest in their own employees. And for the average plant monkey, this may be fine, but pisses me off. How is one expected to advance if not given the tools?
