Thanks,,, it'll never be as good as a real carbine in 9x19mm due to lack of barrel length, but it's as close as I can get to one with our insane gunlaws,,,

It does provide for a very stable firing platform though and when SHTF I'll be certainly rockin' it !

I'm in the market for a budget weaponlight for the 9x19mm carbine conversion,,, was eyeing the Streamlight TLR-3 C4 Led,,, anyone got any experience with it or do you recommend another around that price ? ($70-80us)

the stream light tlr-3 is a great little light. I keep one around to run on all my sub compacts.
