I'm back from a camping trip. My brother-in-law, really nice guy, brought corn on the cob and steak kabobs. As soon as he put them on the fire, he realized he had no way to get them off. Horton Chopper to the rescue.:thumbup: I found a 1.25-1.5" thick piece of wood, chopped it to size, and batoned it, cut a wedge for the tongs, and cut the jute for the tension/handle wrap. In a little less then 3 minutes I built tongs with the Horton Chopper. The best part was I used the Chopper's bottle opener to open my wife's beer while making the tongs.
