Got a chance to check out Bushys passaround blade today. Its got a great feel to it. Did some chopping and took some pics. It's boxed up and ready to go out to OP. Hopefully tomorrow. I did a basic strop and cleanup on the edge, gave it a light coat of lube and boxed it up. Blade geometry is great for chopping. I would probably favor a slightly thicker handle but that is subjective. Thing cuts through oak like butter.

For this reason and the fact that alot of great info is lost it would be cool to have individual threads for say....lights , ARs / guns, or anything else that a person would want to easily reference back to.....or not.....or ...what do you guys think......and btw...who posted the tac light this week for rlarge and what was it ?

We talked about a few lights. The countycomm 1xAAA and the Quark 2xAA and then I mentioned my fav new tactical light, the Nitecore SR3 1xRCR123. Its got excellent build quality and does double duty as my EDC light and my nightstand tac light. With the multiple light levels via magnetic selector ring and the blinding hidden strobe option, its got everything I need. I love the fact that I can use rechargeables in it too.

Trog, thanks .....the light was a single 123 batt multiple settings.....those you have are very cool. Jeremy, whats happening.....are you able to cut at work now ?
 
There is so many single 123 battery multi mode lights out there, it'll make your head spin. Nightcore, Fenix, Surefire, etc. I remember someone posting a pic of a Nightcore Light. Wasn't a cheap one though.

It is a cool light, just surprised the Nightcore Prices were getting up that high now. I have an Nightcore Extreme that I like. Nice thing about the Extreme, Parts will interchange with Surefire. :)
