The weather this weekend delayed my trip up to the mountains, but we needed the rain and I got most of the honey do's done, so hopefully I'll get a chance to chop and hack next weekend -

I feel ya on the shopping thing. I hate going with my lady. She is also very indecisive and it makes my hatred for store shopping grow. I once waited 45 minutes in my car for her to pick up a birthday card and gift for a bday party our daughter was headin to!

Anyway, congrats on your job find. I wish you the best in your new endeavor.

It's been good! We're staying three more days. Been out shopping with momma today. What a fucking nightmare.. It's not that I hate shopping, but she has got to be THE most undeciding human being EVER! She spent 30 mins picking out two items of makeup!

I just got a call that the job I was applying for is mine! Woohoo, starting next monday. This might mean more work for Jeremy I have a few ideas for a custom I might bug him about...

Not really sure what you meant Rolf, but I guess you meant you wanted to talk to my lady?

Nah, no spider style for me. This is what I'm thinking:
Take a Camp 7 and scale it down a bit. Still a 7" blade, but make it slimmer and narrower. Add a finger groove for the index finger. Bowie style bladeshape, possibly sharpened clip. Maximum .250" thick. Add gimp grooves on the spine for thumb traction. Full flat grind to convex edge.

It's still all in my head but I think it will be kickass. Im going in the military in about 6 months, and this is what I want to take with me.

What do you guys think?
