The Hawk rules too, but I need a sheath for it, so she hasn't seen alot of action thus far - Haven't thrown her yet either, but not sure how she will do there due to the edge geo

The weather this weekend delayed my trip up to the mountains, but we needed the rain and I got most of the honey do's done, so hopefully I'll get a chance to chop and hack next weekend -

I caved, and bought the codes to get online:p Me and momma are relaxing with a few beers and some snacks after a tiresome day of ehm.. "physical activities".

I feel ya on the shopping thing. I hate going with my lady. She is also very indecisive and it makes my hatred for store shopping grow. I once waited 45 minutes in my car for her to pick up a birthday card and gift for a bday party our daughter was headin to!

Anyway, congrats on your job find. I wish you the best in your new endeavor.

Not really sure what you meant Rolf, but I guess you meant you wanted to talk to my lady? :p

Nah, no spider style for me. This is what I'm thinking:
Take a Camp 7 and scale it down a bit. Still a 7" blade, but make it slimmer and narrower. Add a finger groove for the index finger. Bowie style bladeshape, possibly sharpened clip. Maximum .250" thick. Add gimp grooves on the spine for thumb traction. Full flat grind to convex edge.

It's still all in my head but I think it will be kickass. Im going in the military in about 6 months, and this is what I want to take with me.

What do you guys think?
