And I'm glad you're back Rolf! These other so called members are slacking these days! We need a new frenzy like the one we had a couple of weeks ago, when the first Club had just opened! 5000 posts in two weeks! :eek:
 
My grandparents lived through the nazi occupation. Norway was one of the countries that just said; "Fuck it, come take us". Almost no resistance at all, except for a very small amount of brave men. Almost all of them died though....
 
War is hell!
Unc operated the MG 42. That MG put out over 1000 rounds a minute.
He loathed war.
 
Speaking about history.

My friends wifes grandfather pilfered an MP40 from an drunken solider during nazi occupation of Poland. He hid it in the attic.

My friend knew I was into guns so he taped it for me when he went for a visit two years back.

All original.

I agree that war is hell. Most of(if not all) the wars in recent history have been rather pointless. Almost every time it boils down to ethnicity or religion... Very sad.

He looks awesome! I cant wait to get my own dog... Will probably be a few years though. 1.5 years of army service in 6 months kinda puts a damper on plans that require long time commitment.
 
i've had the privilege of having many kinds of dogs(mostly bull breeds) and these are by far the best. great personality and temperment. also low maintenance

Army. 2nd Battalion. Pretty much a straight forward combat force. They're sending me all the way up north in Norway, pretty close to the Russian border. Thank god we have people watching that.

They said they wanted me to try out for our equivalent to the Navy Seals. They're actually one of the top elite forces in the world. I passed... :p
