Did anyone dream of carbon and Whooty
.I strive to be of use.
It hurts, though. The urge to provide more detail is ever-present. It's a horrible tendency developed by Western scientific training.
It makes you real unpopular at parties.
Contrary to popular belief, I am not actually mad. I'm more like ... peeved.
Hers was crazy,,, like it was rigid but jelly,, it must have been magic

The longer a piece of metal is, the harder it is to control its behavior under extreme temperature excursions. What the company can offer Jeremy is much more precise control of temperature and of rates of change of temperature throughout the entire body of his longer knives (and swords). This control is what is needed to keep a longer knife from warping.
You'd be surprised how much trouble we aerospace types have to go to when materials with different coefficients of expansion have to be used in a single system. The differences might appear small when looking at the number, but temperature extremes bring those differences out and cause stress, warping, and cracking. It's a serious problem, believe me.
I think Jeremy's wise to check out these more advanced methods.
how about I put a Hymen in it ,, using Molten Peanut Brittle
