What happens if enough tickets are not sold? Does the raffle proceed anyway?

You may or may not know this. But be careful "if" you plan on collecting money thru Paypal, they have anti gambling (they consider a raffle gambling) policies. Your account could be locked if someone put the "wrong word" in the note section. Which always seems to happen unfortunately. Just an FYI so you can CYA.
