I forgot the papers at the shop.. But,, it says if I sign this paper all my inventions of my mind belong to them while I'm employed,, and anything I have done there or on their equipment belongs to them.. All my designs , all my drawings on cad stored in the water jet computer,,

It might be worthwhile to discuss with your own lawyer what IS and IS NOT enforceable in the 'scary' agreement. Many times they are more designed to inimidate and not really enforceable in reality.

For example, do they make any knives at all? If not, it might be difficult to sue you for a knife you designed while taking a shower at home.

I do not think Jeremy wants a lawsuit, even one he might win. I know I don't want him to have any distractions from grinding. While the contract
