Old school 6.5" ATS 34 blade, very slim/compact kydex-lined leather sheath (no belt loop, but has a thong hole in the tip). Sculpted ivory micarta slabs w/mosaic pins. Slabs are not quite as yellow as they appear in pic--just a nice "aged ivory" shade. Has seen some carry, and there are surface kydex scratches on blade, but otherwise appears to be in unused condition. EXTREMELY stabby.

From what I've seen of Jerry's work this could very well be a one-of-a-kind piece....I don't believe there are very many serrated Hossoms out there!!

I picked this knife up a while back and emailed Jerry about it to see what he could tell me. He said he made it back in the 90's, and didn't have a real strong recollection beyond the fact that the serrations were an experiment. As he used multiple, very unusual grinds making the serrations, I asked him what they were designed for, and he said they were mainly designed for effect--to look as vicious, mean and dangerous as possible. I'd say he accomplished his design goal in spades. lol

Don't know if he made any more like this or not, but it's the only one I've seen. The knife itself and sheath are flat/slender enough to be invisible even under a light shirt--not a bad trick for an 11" OAL knife! Pretty scary.

Thanks,
Will

Pics of knife in its sheath, which is leather with kydex insert, no belt loop. Very slender, concealable/packable. Blade fits snug and secure in sheath. Thong hole in tip of sheath.

In these pics, the ivory micarta appears whiter than in reality -- actual shade of the nicely contoured slabs is more creamy.

A seriously stabby concealment dagger.
