HOT! off the Fire.

You can see the hamon even now coming out. I know the picture is not that good. But you can also see the layers of the tamahagane showing here.

I am going to ruff it out today.

If things go well i will start to have it polished tomorrow.

Differently heat treated, at the spine near the handle it is 4.0mm but will taper off to 2.5mm near the tip if i do it rite.

Notice the handle is still soft. It was protected by the extended handle bolted on to keep the HOT fire away from the hands.

now you talking my talk. good food.

when i was in taiwan they sold some canned tuna with hot sauce in it and it was the best i ever done ever did eat afore. i can not find it anywhere now.

but canned tuna is not fresh tuna. but when you get lemons you make tomato juice
