Here it is..........

"The SOG black TINI SEAL Revolver was recently chosen to be a part of the Personal Environmental Protective Survival Equipment (PEPSE) system for Special Operations Forces deployed in cold weather conditions"

This information is in the new 2005 SOG product catalog.

Cool, congratulations. Must be nice to see your "baby" reach such a high level of success.

Very Nice Design. Have not had the pleaure of handling one yet.
Hopefully, it won't be long though.

Congrats!!

Barrabas, thanks for the compliment.

The thing I like best about this knife design is the fact that I can do so much more with it because it has a saw and blade all within a "standard" straight knife body, and only weighs about 8 ounces with sheath.

yeah ok robbie :) you know perth swetern australia? we`re the people who help you yanks out with all the wars you start and get nothing in return?

SIRGALANT, now that I know where you are located, we will try to send you some more SOG knives :D .

Are most brands of knives expensive where you are ?

Tim has a SOG Recon Bowie that he will use, I'll bring my Nite Tech and Tech II and SEAL 2000 .....

you ever get a chance to ride the Indian Pacific ?? I'm gonna do that one of these days, hopefully as another adventure during the hog trip.

Cheers,

Carl

G'day Carl,
If you are looking at doing some serious Pig hunting, Far North Queensland is the place to go. Fly into Cairns, hire a 4x4 and head into the rainforest - pigs everywhere. Send me a line and I will set you up with some lunatic mates of mine that live that part of the world who can set you up with the things that go BANG - you will need more than your SOGs when heading into the jungle. My part of AU, West Aus has some pigs, but you have to travel south of Perth into the swampy coastal areas and you will probably need dogs to find and flush them out.
The only pig hunting I do these days is Friday nights in the city - they all look like Paris models after a bottle of scotch but are normaly quite ferrill the next morning.
