That's a nice one, Bob! I remember this particular wood in east Texas back in the early 1970s. Tough, hard, dense wood, great for knife handles! Don't burn worth a hoot but sure is tough!

Osage Orange will put off more BTUs than just about anything else you can find.

It is a very light weight wood to be as dense as it is.
