This is about a routine purchase a couple months ago. I had a different shipping address than billing address. This got flagged for HUMAN follow up. I explained that I use a PO Box unless, with preferred UPS/FedEx. The guy immediately said they’d send UPS. Knife came two days later. Fantastic experience.

I love The House of Blades. I'm lucky in that I live about 5 miles away from them.
