I wanted to go on the record and say that House of Blades went above and beyond to honour their sale to me. I purchased an L.E. item and it was posted as delivered in Florida the day after it was supposed to be in my hands. I waited 2 days as we know the Post Office can screw up tracking like its nobody's business. I spoke to Matt in shipping and we both looked over the tracking info and the shipping info, it was all correct. He said he would contact the Post Office and reported back to me later the same day. He told me they were investigating it and would have more info in 24 hrs. He then went on to say that he knew I really wanted the item and he would contact the factory to see if their second order was coming in or if they could somehow get at least just one due to the circumstances.

He called 2 days later and asked if the package had come as it was wrongfully delivered (not signed for even, but marked as delivered) and they got it back and on its way to me in Va. My wife had signed for it and placed it in my office with out me knowing so I called him back and told him I had indeed got it. He was very friendly, courteous, and willing to go further than most would be in that situation and not just saying he'll return my money. I would like to recommend them as a dealer that is willing to go the distance to make the situation right and the customer happy. Thanks H.O.B. and especially Matt :thumbup:
