The place is just tooo beautiful! I've dreamed since I was a little girl of living in a log cabin...I imagine my kitchen might look like yours! :) And the security guy ROCKS!!! :D

A girl needs a knife...

That kitchen stove is SICK! What's the fuel source (gas, elect, wood)? Reminds me of an old stove that a high school girlfriend's mom brought down to Jersey from her childhood home in ME. Her's was black cast iron and it was a beauty. I would kill for one like that.

So Mulder, when are we having a Northeast HOG/RAT/DOG fest at your place?:D Awesome home.

Dave, not sure what help I'd be, but if there's anything I can do, let me know, and I'm there.

Dave, Wish You Would Have Called Me Before Buying That Stove..... Have Three Of Them Sitting In The Shop, Same Color.... Damn....

Dave,
Looks like that your house will have a great feel about it. REAL NICE work!!!

Good Looking "Place in the Woods"

Any heat other than Wood?

My Daddy-in-law is currently just using wood to heat 1300 sq feet, but he does have an electric central heating unit set to kick in if it were needed(Four years without needing the central heat so far)

I got about 9 cords of pine split and stacked and under a roof for him this year( he really did not actually "Need" the carport for parking)

Thank you all for the kind words.
To answer a few questions.
1) The stove is an AGA fueled by propane.
2) Heat source is a propane Hearthstone Stove on each floor.
3) NE HOG Rally in Maine anytime (spring).
4) ALL of my HOG and Piglet brothers ans sisters are always welcome.

Sure do hope your arms don't get tired. :p

In spite of all the things left to finish we moved into the new house over the weekend.
Needed to vacate the rental as our lease was up.
Still lots to do but now we live closer. :D

New England/North East HOG/Piglet get together early spring before black fly season.

Now here's a pic of the house from the midpoint in the driveway.
About 6 inches of fresh snow that I haven't plowed yet.
The surveillance guy doesn't leave tracks either, so be careful.

Doggone it!

I was afraid of that. :grumpy:

Another enormous stash of INFI vanishes behind a wall of modern security. :(

That's a heck of a long walk to the mailbox but it sure looks nice. Congrats on the new year in a fresh new home.
