Ok, this is the Pitdog/C Bryant design with with the BBT hole. After playing with the mockup, the hole works. The handle wraps with over 2 feet of paracord (16+ feet of cordage).

That would be no problem, as long as I remember to drill the hole BEFORE I grind the bevels!

These will be $35 in "as forged" finish, with necker sheath, and $40 with my normal finish. If anyone is interested let me know. I can do them with a 3/8" hole in the blade or by the ricasso, just let me know your preference.

Very nice John! Great idea Pitdog. Bushcraft: I can't take any credit for this design, all I did was draw out what Pit was describing. Nice idea with the hole towards to blade, I like that, I think i would keep a hole or two in the handle area aswell. I love your mock up.

Something like this? The only difference is the center hole is 3/8", as I don`t have a 1/2" drill bit. Bad pic, I did`nt feel like setting up my light box.
