How about a neck knife version of the EB?

I have found the EBLT easy to carry in civies, but I have a hard time concealing under my uniform shirt for everyday carry. I'm thinking that a slightly downsized version with a skeletonized handle (no slabs or cord) would work well as a neck knife.
 
You could try a Model DB .190 thick. They are close to what your after.
We also make the full sized EBL's in .190.
