Okay, We all complain about Blade magazine awards and how lousy some of there choices are.
Well let the people speak.
What do you guys think?
Ideas?
 
How would we do it? Popular vote? Maybe a vote by moderators or a voted-in commitee?

Sounds like a good idea. To really be effective, I think it would have to be structured by the moderators.

It depends, I mean this place is run by the moderators, but WE own it. As long as there would be a few somewhat dedicated folks who are willing to do so, why not? If this turns out to be a popular idea, that is. It doesn't really seem like it would take that much effort, either.
 
Uh Pergatory, I think Sparky would have something to say about "WE" own it, since he just bought this site from Mike Turber. This site is, and always has been, privately owned. Mike and Spark have just always allowed us so much freedom here that it seems like we own it.
The BF awards idea has been brought up and kicked around a few times before.
 
We actually have had them before and a couple months back I was going to do them again. The software we use to do the survey is a bit outdated so I let it slide for now as I did not have the time then to do a survey.
