How about these new Tidioutes?

Cool! I wish it were a little bigger though. That burnt orange jigged bone is outstanding! I really like that orange bone!

I like the easy open feature! The wood or the peach seed bone for me. I couldn't find a price?

They just keep innovating and creating new "must have" knives. I really like that easy open wharnecliff. Did you get a load of all the pinched bolsters and rat-tail bolsters? Niiiiice.

Hmmmm... Some otherwise nice looking folders, but am I the only one that dislikes when the maker plasters their name all over the blades of their knives?

I know I have passed on a number of knives in the past due to that ugly practice and will be passing on these, too. :thumbdn:

I don't like billboard blades either. Luckily, the GEC ones fade to almost invisible once the patina starts, or if you are impatient like me and "accidentally" drop one in a cup of vinegar. I can barely see the logos anymore.

I like that wharncliff - I wouldn't mind seeing them go smaller, to something like a peanut size. I'd also love to see a scout pattern.

I wiped the logo off mine very easily with a green scotch brite pad. Now I won't hesitate to carry it either because I "damaged" it. From a collecting standpoint. :D

I'm normally not a fan of the sunfish but that is a cool looking design.

I'm with you guys. (Though perhaps not quite as vociferously. :p)

Ooooh... easy pull notch... Nice.
I'm having a hard enough time choosing between whats out now, and they add more... greeeaaat... ;)

Uhhm... voci- what??
OK, so Blues knows more fancy words than I do... :o :p

I don't particularly hate it, though I have been know to flitz it off of some blades...

But, actually, I've wondered why GEC bothers with the practice, especially on a 1095 blade, where most any real use will smudge it out in a couple weeks... Seems like wasted marking/marketing to me.

The Easy Open Single Blade Jack is a great looking knife, the swedge on it really makes the blade. I think the Copper Snake Acrylic would look right at home among my celluloid Bulldogs and Fight'n Roosters.

I like the look of that new Tidioute shield, rather like a corset.....
Red bone looks very nice, would like to see what the price is like though.
That slanted bolster whittler in Tractor Green is a hot piece too!

That easy open will be my list. I'd imagine that the cutout will improve handling on the small knife. Cant decide on a handle though - I like natural bone but prefer the hourglass shield to the brand name shield. When should these be available?

I have wanted an easy open jack for some time. I just hope they make it in a larger size. 3" closed is too small.

I'm going to have to pick one of those up. They'll be great little watch pocket knives. The easy-open feature eliminates the one complaint I have with most of the other #25 models (they can be bears to open). I think I like the copper snake the best.
