I wish we had more people contributing to this forum from the UK, as there is some awesome scenery especially up in Scotland.
Check out this pic of my mate taken recently while hiking/climbing the Cuillin Ridge !

That guy in the blue shirt has got to be the smallest dude in the whole wide world! He's got to be at LEAST a foot tall? Oh, wait a minute, he is one of those mountain gnomes, isn't he? :D
 
wow..:eek: that looks pretty scary.... :o i have climbed a few big peaks that had some razor like ridges like that....

your mate looks tired...
 
the scary ones are the ones You can't see... festooned with jungle growth:eek:

Yeah, I doubt it though he is a lot fitter than he looks. He is what they call a Munro bagger, they climb all the mountains in Scotland that are over 3000ft( there are 284 ) and then tick them off in a book untill they have completed them all, the last time I asked Clarkie how many he had left to do he said about 23 so I'd guess he has done them all now !
