How about your 10 all-time personal favorites? 5 you already own and 5 you're sure to own one day?

The Bushcrafter? Well first I am a fan of fixed blades. Also, I like their customer service. And the green handles don’t hurt my feelings. However, I could acquire one and after a while not love it so much. But then again, that works both ways. Yeas ago I bought a Case Trapper and after a month or so decided it wasn’t my favorite. Threw it in a bag and forgot about it for almost 10 years. Now I have 3 or 4 Trappers and it is one of my favorites.

I have one and the handle ergonomics are amazing.

I would love to see Benchmade offer a thin bladed camp knife with that handle.

The knife, for me, seems to do everything I ask of it but, I am not sure that I would get it again.

Boker’s Field Butcher would be interesting along with something from CPK.

Have
1. Hogue Deka - quickly became my most carried
2. Kershaw Junkyard Dog D2 composite - absolute favorite but not carried often because of tip down only carry
3. Hogue EX-A01 4" - very underrated and underappreciated awesome knife
4. Kershaw Launch 5 - wish I'd picked up another one when they were easily available
5. 3 way tie here between GEC 81 Abilene ebony, Case 6392 and GEC Dixie - love me some stockman's
Honorable mentions - GEC 29, Benchmade Contego

It will be early next year before my Spartan Harsey Folder arrives but I'm expecting it to make it into the top 5.

Someday maybe
1. GEC 81 Abilene yellow rose
2. Esnyx custom stockman
3. Case slab side fixed large
4. Spartan Harsey Folder 3.25"
5. A 2.75-3" blade fixed roughly .125" thick and about 7" or less oal in 20cv steel - this would be a great neck or small belt knife
Those are the someday's that came to mind first but the list could be much much longer.

No, I don't wear it. It sits over here on the bench where I play with it now and then. Reason played no part in my picking it up, I just like it.

I have tossed it into the rig a couple of times when I take off to where I can't bring a pistol. But those times were afterthoughts at the door.

Had one of the others been deeply discounted when I was looking, I'd have ended up with the discounted one. But the price was what it was at the time.

If you see a score deal on one of these, then I'd say the version isn't gonna matter much. Whatever size it is, it's a cool stallion in the stable.

I finally dropped the hammer on a Cold Steel Magnum Tanto XII, given the recent sale of the company and its unknown future. $190.09 (odd price) from Cold Steel via Amazon. Hope it does not disappoint. Thanks again for your input!
