How are the trac-tec inserts attached to the Blur?

When I did that barrage/salvo I just used an angled pick to dig into the rubber inserts then lift slowly...no heating needed. They retain their shape and with the sticky backing you can slap them on cf and trace them out. After the rough cut you begin shaping slowly from one end to the other. Same method I used on the cf blur.
