How bad is S30V for grinding

Guys,

I've been working with O-1 only so far. Now I am going to try to make a folder and wanted to try some nice stainless but if S30V is a nightmare to grind I'd try CPM154

I really didn't think it was that bad, but I'll admit I use nothing but ceramic belts and the knife is getting a 'user' finish (which translates to X45 Norzon Norax finish, btw).

I have worked with some CPM 154, it's alright. Grinds a little tougher at first than O-1 but then softens up after breaking through the surface. S30V I've heard is the same but Butcher_Block can answer that better as he works with both.
