How bad is this sharpening job?

If its sharp it's fine to use.
If you want it to look slick...
You could take the choil up higher and deal with a polished choil, or round the edges and stone wash it again
You could hand rub the plunges with stones and paper, then stonewash it again.
You could regrind to a thinner edge then stonewash it again.
I suppose what I'm trying to imply, is I think stonewash is a great durable finish, but satin, even polished is easier for an amatuer to repair.
If it was me, I would try to soften/wash out the step at the choil end of your sharpened edge, with diamond files/ sandpaper and keep using it!
