How big is your flock of lambs?

How many lambsfoot knives do you own (any no. of blades, as long as one is a lambsfoot)?

black mamba black mamba interesting poll, Jeff, thanks for posting.

Seems like SteveC SteveC has is all beat when it comes to sheer Lambsfoot quantity (and his collection is not lacking when it comes to quality, either).

Personally, I just barely make it into the 25+ category. In fact, I was one shy of that when I counted the lambs in my knife storage drawers, but that count didn’t include a couple knives that are currently in other locations within the house, so I just squeak into that last group.

Jeff my friend, I posted this Photo some time ago, so it's not totally up to date, I am beyond frustrated - I'm not sure how to describe the constant mental battle of my mind throwing places / corners, pockets, seats, boxes - everything one could have fly through their mind- as to where my lost AC Stag is laying, to be honest, someone could give me one of theirs and I would hand it right back with all the thanks for their kindness because it wouldn't replace my one.

I keep looking, just the other day I picked up my shorts and felt a knife in the pocket, I almost yelled with joy as I was sure that was it, but it wasn't, it's extremely hard to accept the loss, I have turned over my complete Garage, House Car, Garden to no avail.
Everything Jack went through to get those Knives, and of course the knife being from Jack, I could get a box full of Lambsfoot Knives and it wouldn't take away the hard want for the AC to be back.

Seen 4th from the top of this photo of my then flock my A.C Stag Lambsfoot.
With the count of one down, and one up from our super generous friend Jack Black who gifted me a Beauty Micarta handled Lambsfoot, let us not forget Barretts amazing venture that produced the GL24 which I took a photo of at lunch today ( posted in the Guardians Thread ), That one is a treasured Knife as Barret really went all out and with Eric Albers behind the tools- WHAT A KNIFE!!!!
I am unsure if I have purchased another other than mentioned since this photo? The numbers should be similar to what you see here

A bunch of beautiful knives there, Duncan. I really hope your AC turns up soon. Maybe, like your ebony PPP TC, you need someone to send you a replacement so that the original can reappear shortly thereafter. 😉

Is it lambsfoot or lambfoot?

Because Charlie’s knives say lambfoot, and he knows his stuff.

I would default to Jack Black Jack Black on that one (and I think Charlie would agree). See post #47 in the Guardians thread.

Would you guys go with a Taylor’s Sheffield or A Wright for a first lamb? 😱

I'm going to say I have 9 lambsfoot knives, not counting some "close calls" on a couple of fixed blades and some Case "lambcliffe" blades.
8 of them are British, from A. Wright & Son, and one is a Chinese Schrade 19OT Landshark.
One of the categories in my weekly rotation schedule is Lambsfoot of the Week, so 8 of the 9 get a week of being carried every couple of months.
Here's a photo of all of them except my Schrade:

Duncan, what a wonderful collection.😍

I found this group by some swerve of divine intervention. I’ll admit I’d never heard of a lambfoot before I showed up on your doorstep. It’s a curiously enticing blade with a sweet mix of function and positive cultural power. Best of all is the history and you fine people keeping it alive. I have six and I am hoping for lucky seven soon. Thank you for welcoming me to the flock.

I feel your pain. :( Have you looked down between the car seat and the door or console? Have you turned the furniture upside down?
If that doesn't work, you can try the method of my old stoner co-worker. Sit quietly. Clear your mind. Attach the fiber of your will to the missing object and reel it in. Get up and walk along the path you've visualized to your lost lamb. This didn't work very often, but more often than one would expect.
