How Can I Edit a Feedback?

I left a negative feedback yesterday but today the problem got solved. How do I go back and edit it?

If the edit feature is not available in feedback, then I'd say you should ask Spark. Explain what happened and see what he says.

I left a negative feedback yesterday but today the problem got solved. How do I go back and edit it?

Go to his feedback profile and click on his "view complete feedbacks". Under the "options" heading you will see a little triangle with an exclamation point in it. When you hover over it, it will read "report bad rating". Click on it and report it as you would report a post. (the report post icon is the same, but located at the lower left of every post.) Provide an explanation and Spark will then review and take care of it.
