how can i get a ratpack #

ok so i read the thread about you have to have 25 post. i pretty sure ive posted atleast 25 times in here. i do i have to become a paying member to become park off the rat pack? can a moderate help me out here, if so thank you.

BMW, shotgunner11 is the man to ask once you go over 25. I asked for mine at post 26!
