How come I can't post in the exchnage forum?

Is there exchange forum only for paying members?

I can't seem to post a WTB in there.

You can start a WTB thread in the WTB subforum of the exchange, but you can only see your own thread there unless you are a Gold member or higher. We had registered users reading WTB threads and e-mailing with knives for sale - in other words, selling without a paid membership. That loophole has been closed.
