How did you find BladeForums? What makes you keep coming back! =)

Found out about Blade Forums from Bushcraft USA where I am also a member. Several guys at BCUSA are also members a BF. I love Bushcraft and camping, but love knives too. While there is alot of knife info at BCUSA, there is obviously more knife stuff here. So I get my Bushcraft/camping fix there and my knife fix here. Love both forums, have had alot of fun and learned alot.
 
I was looking for the best knife store in my area and happened to Google a post by Bubblinwaters on BladeForums. I've been hooked ever since. Been looking for you guys ever since I got out of the service. I miss the banter, humor and down right straight talk you can't get anywhere else.
 
I was interested in trying to make some knives. Found BladeForums and read for hours and hours and hours in the Maker's forum and Maintenance, Tinkering and Embellishment forums. Between the forum and a couple of knife making books, I was able to make a knife.

What keeps me coming back? I really like the exchange of wisdom and knowledge here. We all take different approaches to doing things and solving problems. There are many things that I have learned that has made my knife making better. Quite a few of the things learned have also helped me solve problems at work. And there's a lot of great people who are here.

Same here, only I was looking up just about everything on knives, heat treating, steel types, best/worst steels for application.... The internet becomes rather small for some reason when your not looking up porno :)
