How do I bleach Mammoth?

Trade someone for bone or another material. Mammoth tusk is normally darker, I wouldn't recommend bleaching it.
 
You might try soaking for a few days in T.S.P. Problem now will become that the ivory has absorbed some of the water and will more easily warp when you grind. That off colour towards brown is a "known" colour for ivory Not strange at all and of course the very coloured ones are more expensive. Frank
