How do i change my profile picture?

I can't seem to be finding the option for changing the profile picture :/. Can someone help me with this?

Click on "Settings" in the upper right corner, between "My Profile" and "Log Out", then look for it under "My Settings" on the left sidebar. If it isn't there, you may not have that privilege as a Registered User. It's been a few years since I started paying to help support this place, so I don't remember.

you do need to be a paying member to have an avitar.

He may have meant avatar, which you need to be a paying member to have, but he asked about a profile picture. That's a different thing, and one that I've never used.

i got them mixed up. i'm not sure about the profile picture either.

That is an avatar. As said, you need to be a paying member.

You will see my profile picture at the top, just under my name.
You will see my avatar farther down, which shows up in my posts.
