How Do I Change My Threads Title?

i. e. if an item in the Sale/Trade section has been sold or traded how do I change the title to say so?

Click "Edit post" and then scroll down and look for a button towards the bottom right that says "go advanced". That's where you can edit your title.

First of all thanks for the fast reply!

Secondly, I've tried going into Go Advanced and can't find it...perhaps im too technologically stunted...?
