How do I delete my account?

Anyone who has been around online discussion forums for any length of time has seen this happen more times than they can count. People who get "butthurt" and just walk away tend to stay gone. People who make a point to announce they're leaving generally come back to get butthurt again and the cycle repeats.

But you have to admit, it's certainly fun to watch.

I mean come on! Look how many people are in this thread!!!

To be fair, in a forum that encourages a lot of off-topic and "silly" postings... to have two Mods come in to that thread, call it stupid, and shut it down was extreme. He's a new member, and probably could have used a little slack if he messed up.

To be fair, all I did was say no and lock the thread.

Why take it so seriously? The ESEE forum is always rowdy and no one there means any harm.

Good thing too. I'd hate to have some of those people really mad at me!

I'd have to HURT them! :grumpy:

Interesting how they "Close down threads that are going nowhere". Doesn't closing a thread after one post assure it "goes nowhere"?

A mod can post in a locked thread. If you have a problem with another moderators actions take it up with him/her. Jeff is an adult. He owns the company in which the post was posted. I have no control or say over how/when he posts.

That's kind of the point.

We have to use our ESPN and future reading abilities that we get when were modded to determine what threads will end in tears.

I already said I thought what you, and Jeff, did was extreme. That's as far as I'm going to "take it up". I don't post in your forum, so I don't have a "problem". I guess I couldn't care less how you guys moderate or treat your new members. I'm pretty much done here, too. :)

There is no way to destroy it's existence so I can pretend I never made it?

Yeah, you can pretend you have ESEE bedsheets to wet, and an ESEE pillow to bite, too.

Hell yeah, that's the way I did it.
I think I like the abuse.
Samael kinda reminds me of my dad.

People run around in circles on BF. Sometimes they forget which circles they're running in. Some forums are laid back and some are explosive. Stop by, look around, decide if you like it.

"the beatings will continue until morale improves"

On the other hand, if Samael reminds you ... that's beyond disfunctional. :p

That's pretty much perfect.
I would only add: Stay away from the khukuris, they'll be the end of you.

Yes. I'm so "extreme." You sure do have a "problem" with how I handled the "problem." You know what they say about opinions.

There you go again, Mrs. S, hurtin' someone's feelings!
