The Swamp Rat knife in the picture has a type of crinkle coating applied in layers, AFAIK. I think that was a one-of-a-kind camouflage job as well. (factory done)

Not sure what they use, I know they won't give out the recipe.

You can get Micarta scales for beckers by contacting Camillus, they are something like $25. they could be customized somewhat. this would be the easiest route to take, assuming Camillus still has some customer service left.
