How do i fix the allignment of my Ontario Rat 1?

I'm relatively new to taking apart and fixing my knives. So the other day I had to fix the linerlock because it bent and the knife was stuck in the open position. I fixed it and put it back together. But now the blade is almost hugging the right side scales. I was curious what I have to do to make it more center. All details will help. Thanks
 
Upon further inspection I realize that 5lthe linerlock is pushing against the blade. The only way I cab fix it is if I can take the FRN scales off the metal inlays.
