How do I ID this knife?

I have looked through the forums to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The knife as marked is an Old Timer model 18OT lockblade, the customizing maybe harder to find out who the artist was, there are several out there who remake handles for knives that look like this, David yellowhorse is one maker, although this maybe not his type of styling, hopefully someone here might know more about this style of work.
